Our caviar is produced in closed recirculation systems, utilising water which is retrieved from a deep, artesian well. Our farm is eco-friendly, we support this by maintaining it in a both ethical and viable manner.

We are flexible
to our clients

Our caviar can be manufactured to the unique desire of the buyer with different concentrations of salt, taste, preservation and packaging. We provide private labeling for our distributors and are open to discuss wholesale prices.

Our caviar is
fresh all year long

Most producers cultivate caviar only twice a year — in the spring and the autumn. We produce caviar everyday throughout the whole year.

Back in the 1990s, during the decline of the fishing industry, we started accumulating priceless experience. The baggage of knowledge taken from the capital of caviar production in Astrakhan was transferred to the Baltic countries.
